- Consumptions of waters, electricity, heating, linen change services and final house keeping.
- Extra: breakfast service 10.00 euros per person, with additional charge for room service for breakfast 2 Euros per person

- Kitchen nook has to be left, at check out, clean and tidy. Otherwise a charge of 50 euros will requested
- A deposit charge of 130.00 euros is required during check-in
Low season: from 07/01/2013 to 10/03/2013 - from 27/10/2013 to 22/12/2013.
Medium season: from 10/03/2013 to 21/04/2013; from 05/05/2013 to 26/05/2013; from 01/09/2013 to 27/10/2013; from 22/12/2013 to 29/12/2013.
High season: from 21/04/2013 to 05/05/2013 - from 26/05/2013 to 01/09/2013 - from 29/12/2013 to 05/01/2014.
Check-in time: 4pm - Check-out time: 10am
Cancellation policy
Should you wish to amend or to cancel the reservation, we would respectfully ask you to conform the following terms:
· 20% deposit charge (on the entire stay) as guarantee for the reservation (deposit)
· up to 30 days prior to clients' arrival - no penalty
· less than 29 up to 8 days prior to clients' arrival 50% charge (on the entire stay)
· less than 8 days prior to clients' arrival or in case of No Shows, full charge (of the entire stay)
· ANY CHANGE OR CANCELLATION must be accepted and confirmed from us through mail or fax.
